III. For IN-HOUSE COUNSEL

“A Legal Approach to Indonesian Corporate Governance”
was started recently on 2022 with a spirit to accomodate
the general lack of knowledge regarding general corporate governance.

The materials provided are strictly following the legal
guidance of The Indonesian Law No. 40/2007 on
Limited Liability Company, thus the program is best
suited for In-House Counsel that is often faced with
BOD and Shareholders-related issues.
