“Legal Officer 101”. The programme itself has been
re-engineered for more than four times to better suit
the basic needs for practical knowledge

Tailored for fresh graduates who choose to work
in a company as a part of its legal department to
further hone their legal minds.

“A Legal Approach to Indonesian Corporate Governance”
was started recently on 2022 with a spirit to accomodate
the general lack of knowledge regarding general corporate governance.

The materials provided are strictly following the legal
guidance of The Indonesian Law No. 40/2007 on
Limited Liability Company, thus the program is best
suited for In-House Counsel that is often faced with
BOD and Shareholders-related issues.
